Disabled parking spaces: live occupancy

Whether individual disabled parking spaces are free or occupied right now, measured by sensors in the ground. Only some spaces have a sensor, and sensors can be faulty. Urbivio fetches the occupancy every 2 minutes and counts a sensor only if it has reported within the last 24 hours.
